.7-1-08 Exclusive Tuesday night .Rumer Willis went out to a party in Hollywood California with actor Rob Hoffman. Rob is the guy wearing the black backwards baseball cap. Rumer drank some wine took a few shots of vodka , smoked about 20 cigarettes, shoved some blue candy in her mouth and texted on her iphone. Then one of her drunk friends at the party stepped on her foot and she screamed out in pain. Rumer also got very close to some guy in a red baseball cap and shared a cigarette with him after she was hit with a rubber basketball but she laughed it off.
