Justin Bieber skate boarding shirtless showing off his white underwear while his saggy pants almost fell off. Justin was at the Venice Beach California skate park. The crowd & locals were yelling at Justin most of the time.. Calling him names like “Kook” & “Fag” so he didn’t stay very long.
Justin did have his bodyguard with him for protection.
Steve o was also at the skate park with Justin dressed up in a red clown suit.
