Mr. Lohan left the hotel around 30 minutes later but Lindsay stayed partying with friends until around midnight. Lindsay sitting on the ground smoking a cigarette text messaging Samantha Ronson & crying to her friends. When a fan inside the restaurant took this picture Lindsay yelled for hotel security & 3 large men in suits attacked the fan & tried to delete the picture. The fan ran off & was chased outside by 2 security guards & one of lindsay's friends.
