Exclusive July 14th 2010 ..Malibu California ..Spencer Pratt walking around the cross creek shopping center in malibu with a crazy white beard. Spencer had on some 1980's blue blocker sunglasses. Spencer was walking around with 3 guys dressed in red Guard t-shirts & carrying lifeguard rescue can buoy. They looked like fake lifeguards. Spencer was wearing green military pants holding two cups of coffee from Coffee Bean.
