Mischa was smoking & double fisting cocktails inside the bar..During the party Mischa stepped on a guys foot at the bar then the guy spilled his drink down her back. Mischa asked, "why he did that" & he replied, "you stepped on my foot" Mischa then threw a drink in his face & then got one of her guy friend to walk over to the guy and talk shit to him. Mischa's guy friend kept saying, "lets go outside" "lets go outside" then as the guy was leaving Mischa Barton's guy friend threw his whole drink including the glass at the guys head & tackled him from the back. A fight encoured and they beat the crap out of each other on the dance floor.
